The Texas International Web Pilot Festival (TIWPF) will run in conjunction with WANEPE, the annual industry conference.  Submissions will be accepted each year and the selected finalists will screen throughout the conference.  Winners will be selected in various genres, with  an overall winner being announced at the end of the conference.
