User Rights and Responsibilities

Users of the this site have substantial obligations with respect to their own data and how they use their own computers and maintain security from their end. In addition, you must provide correct and honest information. You can't pretend to be someone who you are not. You must maintain appropriate security for your password and other information you file with us or receive from us regarding your account. You agree that the information you provide about yourself is accurate, current and complete. You agree to abide by all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. You alone are responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password.

Refund Policy Donors

As a nonprofit organization, donors who make gifts to Producer Shed may request refunds for donations within 30 calendar days. They will be processed if requested within 30 calendar days of the donation. To request a refund, please call 210.227.8464 or email info@producershed.org.

Membership Cancellation

Producer Shed members must cancel their membership prior to the commencement of the month and return in any property belonging to Producer Shed including but not limited to equipment, keys, membership cards...  If the member chooses to reinstate their membership, the initiation fee will be re-assessed. To cancel a membership, please call 210.227.8464 or email info@producershed.org.

Opt Out Policy

If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please email info@producershed.org and give us your name and address and indicate your desire to be removed from our list. You may also call our office at 210.227.8464 to be removed from the mailing list. To be removed from our email list, simply click on the unsubscribe link provided on each email you receive and follow the instructions.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Producer Shed, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Producer Shed under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. The Producer Shed shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
