Step 1

This is Step 1 of the application process.  We will not gather e-mails or names intentionally at this stage.  In order to keep a fair playing ground for all, we simply want basic info.  If there is  interest in taking your submission to Step 2, we will call you for a meeting within 45 days. After submitting this form it is recommended you begin to familiarize yourself with the  Step 2 point system as it is a more intensive process that requires detailed documentation.
